Amy McAdams

VP of Operations, Children's Farm Home at Trillium Family Services

Amy McAdams, LCSW is responsible for the leadership and oversight of the Operations at Trillium’s Children’s Farm Home in Corvallis, Oregon. These operations include Psychiatric Residential Treatment, Sub Acute programming, the Secure Adolescent State Hospital Program, in addition to other operational departments such as Health Services, Access, Dietary, Facilities/Housekeeping, and Equine. Amy McAdams is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Oregon.

Amy has worked in children’s mental health in a variety of programs in Wisconsin, Georgia and Oregon. She began her career as a direct care staff in 1993 in Wisconsin after receiving her Bachelor Degree in Psychology from University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. She went on to get her Master of Social Work Degree at Clark Atlanta University in 1997. She worked in multiple environments as a Therapist with an emphasis on working in children’s mental health residential facilities.

Amy began working as a manager in residential services while at a Children’s Home in Atlanta. She moved her family across the country to Oregon in 2006 and ran a Children’s Intervention Program for a Domestic Violence agency. Amy started with Trillium at the Children’s Farm Home working as the Clinical Director of the Secure Adolescent Inpatient State Hospital Program in 2012 prior to her current role as the Vice President of Operations at Children’s Farm Home.
