Sandy Boyle

SVP Clinical Infrastructure at Trillium Family Services

Sandy Boyle is responsible for the direction and oversight of Trillium’s quality improvement and compliance activities with Joint Commission Organization’s (JCO) standards, Oregon Administrative Rules, and contract requirements of various payers. This includes overseeing Trillium’s Access/Admissions, Family Partnership, Health Information Management and Quality Improvement departments. Ms. Boyle also coordinates licensure supervision and internships across the organization.

Ms. Boyle began her career at Trillium as a Waverly Children’s Home Outpatient Therapist, and since then has held the roles of Outpatient Program Supervisor, Community Services Director, Regional Director, Vice President of Provider Services and Chief Strategy Officer. She has been in the mental health profession for over 25 years, working in a variety of residential and community mental health agencies as well as juvenile justice settings.

Ms. Boyle earned her Master’s of Science degree in Clinical Child and Youth Work with a specialization in Family Work from Western Oregon State University, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Oregon.
