David Collins

David Collins has extensive experience in tendering and project management within the oil and gas sector, currently serving as Tendering Manager at Trillium Flow Technologies since June 2019. In this role, David oversees the tendering function for the UK service business, focusing on spare part quotations and large project proposals for major oil and gas companies. Previously, at Weir Oil and Gas from May 2008 to June 2019, David held several positions including Service Delivery Lead and Manager of Tendering, managing projects and teams for maintenance contracts and upgrades of rotating equipment. David's career began at Weir Engineering Services from 1997 to 2008, where responsibilities included developing tender submissions and serving as a Contracts Engineer for pump maintenance services in the North Sea. David holds a degree from the University of the West of Scotland, completed between 2000 and 2003.
