Martin Ritchie is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in risk management, financial strategy, and business development. Currently serving as a Board Member for Trillium Gift of Life under the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care since January 2013, Martin has also held the position of Chief Risk Officer at JCM Power since December 2009. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Greta Energy from January 2008 to December 2009 and Partner & Co-founder at Wallace Consulting Group from September 2005 to July 2009, where responsibilities included IFRS and SOX conversions. Martin holds a Master's degree in International Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science, an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Queen's University. Additionally, Martin is a Chartered Accountant in Ontario.
