Khairul Huda has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Khairul began their career in 2008 as a Loan Account Officer at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Khairul then worked as a Marketing Coordinator at PT Summit Oto Finance in 2010 and as a Sales Supervisor at Arta Boga Cemerlang in 2011.
In 2011, Khairul joined PT Adira Quantum Multifinance as a Credit Center Manager, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining sales and pricing tools, conducting cost/benefit analyses, and identifying sales opportunities.
In 2015, Khairul moved to Home Credit Indonesia, where they held various roles. As Sales Alternate Distribution Channel, they managed the business of a new alternate distribution channel and innovated new tech and functionality. Khairul then worked as a Project & Process Improvement specialist, targeting completion of process improvement projects and ensuring excellent customer experience. Khairul also managed the POS Opening and Roll Out teams, optimizing their performance and system strategy implementation.
Khairul joined Anteraja in 2020, where they held several roles including Line Haul East Java, Line Haul & CSC East Indonesia, Area Operations Manager East Java, and Area Operation Manager Bali Nusra. In these roles, they ensured smooth operations, planned routes, allocated resources, and managed overall operations and labor.
Currently, Khairul is working at Trilliun (PT Matahari Putra Makmur) as the Internal Support & Delivery Dept. Head. Their responsibilities include delivering a WOW experience to customers and the team, making critical business decisions, and managing resource allocation and workload assignments.

Khairul Huda attended Universitas Negeri Malang from 2004 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Manajemen Pemasaran.
