Jay Pery

Jay Pery currently serves as the Team Leader for Partnerships and Business Development at Trilogy Care, where the focus is on empowering older Australians to live independently through personalized care and comprehensive support. Prior experience includes roles as an Account Executive and Sales Team Leader at Scout Talent, and as a Graduate Project Engineer at Downer, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing teams and ensuring the effective installation of waterway infrastructure. Additional experience includes coaching gymnastics at Brisbane Grammar School and participating in a Workplace Integrated Learning program through Brisbane City Council. Jay has strong academic credentials with Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from QUT and Arizona State University, as well as a Diploma in Project Management from the Construction Skills Training Centre.
