Neeraj Gupta

Neeraj Gupta has extensive experience in corporate development, M&A, and investment management. Neeraj is currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer at ESW Capital since March 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at Trilogy and worked as the Head of Corporate Development/M&A. Neeraj also served as the Head of Corporate Development/M&A at Aurea Software, Ignite Technologies, GFI Software, and Versata. Neeraj founded and managed Base2 Advisors, where they focused on acquiring and lending to B2B software companies. Additionally, they served as the President of NTrak IP Consulting, specializing in technology and intellectual property consulting, and as the Managing Director of Intellectual Property at Versata. Neeraj began their career at Trilogy as VP of Product Strategy in 1995.

Neeraj Gupta obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. In 2000, they also attended the TGMP Executive Program at Harvard Business School. The specific field of study for this program is not provided.
