John Joyce is an architect and director of JJA, Inc., his own architecture, interiors and design firm in Chicago. His practice includes a broad range of work including residential, commercial, hospitality, fitness, institutional, scholastic, historic preservation and eccesiastical work. John received both his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Art History and his Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Chicago at Chicago and was the recipient of the 1998 Schiff Foundation Fellowship administered by the Art Institute of Chicago. Previously, John was the co-founder of Architecture for Humanity’s Chicago Chapter working on and leading non-profit projects both in Chicago and abroad. He currently participates in The 1% Project, Public Architecture’s pro bono outreach network. John has been on Trilogy’s Board of Directors since 2015 and serves on the Development Committee.
