Kristin B. Folan

Kristin Folan currently holds the position of Human Resources Business Partner with Kaufman Hall, a management consulting and enterprise performance management software firm headquartered in Skokie, IL. She has firm-wide responsibility for designing and delivering programs around the topics of onboarding, performance management and training, as well as working on the other talent development and engagement programs. Kristin previously served in a number of HR roles for both professional and information service organizations including Wolters Kluwer, Ernst & Young, and Diamond Management and Technology Consultants (now PwC). In past roles, Kristin provided strategic and tactical support in areas of organizational design & effectiveness, talent development and performance management. Kristin earned her Bachelor of Arts in both Psychology and English from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Kristin has been a Trilogy Board Member since 2015 and serves on the Finance Committee.
