Pnina Tranen

Pnina Tranen is a dedicated professional in the fields of social work and public health, currently serving as a Pre-Transition Care Manager at Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare since October 2022, and as a Co-Located Housing Specialist Manager at Chicago House and Social Service Agency since February 2021. Pnina's experience includes facilitating programs for individuals impacted by intimate partner violence as an Alternatives to Domestic Aggression Facilitator at Catholic Social Services of Washtenaw County. Pnina has also held multiple research assistant positions at the University of Michigan, focusing on violence prevention, child welfare, and program evaluation. Throughout a career that began with a focus on case management for individuals with co-occurring disorders at BronxWorks, Pnina has consistently demonstrated a commitment to supporting marginalized populations. Educationally, Pnina holds master’s degrees in Social Work and Health Behavior and Health Education from the University of Michigan, as well as a bachelor's degree in Developmental Psychology and Biology from Yeshiva University.
