Following graduation, they quickly advanced to Project Manager, leading interdisciplinary teams and overseeing automation, digitalization, and complex construction projects. As Head of Technology, Frederic founded and managed a new department, driving innovation in process optimization and engineering. Currently, they serve as the Head of Production and Engineering Units at TRILUX, responsible for over 650 employees and various production and logistics areas, leveraging their extensive knowledge in production, mechanical engineering, Industry 4.0, and automation.
