Director, Human Resources - Culture & Engagement at TriMark USA

Cindy MacFarlane, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, starting with their role as a Human Resources Director at BancTec, Inc. from 1989 to 2005. In this position, they led the HR function for the Computer & Network Services division, managing a large team of employees across the United States. Cindy played a key role in decision-making and provided guidance on various HR matters.

From 2005 to 2017, Cindy worked at The Dallas Morning News as a Human Resources Business Partner. Cindy partnered with employees and business leaders across different departments, providing HR support and guidance. Cindy impacted employee management, development, selection, and morale through coaching and strategic partnerships. Cindy also advised management on employee relations, talent management, performance management, compensation, staffing, training, organizational development, and compliance.

Currently, Cindy is working at TriMark USA. Cindy initially served as the Director of Talent Management from November 2018 to August 2023. Later, they took on the role of Director of Human Resources from January 2020 to August 2023. Cindy is currently the Director of Human Resources - Culture & Engagement, utilizing their expertise to drive positive culture and employee engagement within the organization.

Cindy MacFarlane, SPHR has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Ethics from Dallas Christian College. Cindy also holds an Associate of Applied Sciences degree in Management from Brookhaven College. In addition, they have obtained the certification of SPHR - Senior Professional in Human Resources.
