Role: Pulse MIG Welders/Fabricators
Trimax Mowing Systems is a family-owned company that designs, develops, manufactures, and distributes tractor-powered mowing equipment. Due to significant growth and expansion, we are looking for experienced MIG welders to join our team. Your Role:
As a MIG Welder, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by utilizing your expertise in Pulse Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding techniques. Your primary responsibility will be to produce high-quality welded assemblies, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards. WELDING METHOD UTILIZED IN PRODUCTION: PULSE MIG WELDING
Additional aspects of the role include:
Perform Pulse MIG welding on metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
Ensure proper cleaning, grinding, and prepping of materials before welding.
Conduct visual inspections of completed welds to identify imperfections, such as cracks, porosity, and inconsistencies, and take appropriate corrective actions.
Adhere to all safety protocols, guidelines, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
Work closely with the welding lead to receive guidance, instruction, and supervision on welding projects.
Key Skills:
Proven experience as a MIG Welder or similar welding role.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Blueprint reading and interpretation
Metal cutting, bending, and forming. Grinding and finishing of welds and parts
Precise fit-up and assembly of metal components
Proficient use of measuring tools and hand tools
High levels of organizational capability in a rapidly changing environment.
Proficiency in Pulse MIG welding techniques and a strong understanding of metal properties.
Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform welding tasks for extended periods.
Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing environment.

Important Notice: This position is based in a warehouse environment where temperatures can be high, especially during the summer months. Applicants must be comfortable working in these conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
