F.R.M. Harun-Or-Rashid has an extensive work experience with various companies.

F.R.M. started their career as an Executive in Marketing at Little Planet Ltd. in 2008 and later moved to Optimus as a Senior Executive in Marketing, where they played a vital role in generating business and ensuring targeted sales.

In 2010, they joined Labelon Uk, Bangladesh Partnership Office as a Senior Executive in Product Development, where they communicated with global sites and the UK office for new product development.

From 2012 to 2017, they worked at r-pac International as an Executive and later as a Senior Executive in Product Development.

F.R.M. then served as an Assistant Manager in Product and Business Development at G-LOCS and Adzi Trims Ltd. respectively.

In 2019, they became a Manager in Product and Business Development at GMS Trims Ltd.

Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Operations at Trimco Group, where they manage product and new business development, customer service, and sourcing teams. F.R.M. has also played a key role in the implementation of ERP systems and ensuring operational efficiency.

F.R.M. Harun-Or-Rashid completed a Diploma in IT from IT BANGLA Ltd. (Under Assumption University, Thailand) from 2006 to 2007. F.R.M. then pursued a BBA in Finance & Marketing from Northern University Bangladesh from 2004 to 2008. Finally, they obtained an MBA in Marketing from American International University-Bangladesh from 2009 to 2011.
