Eric Zhai

Eric Zhai currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Trina Solar, overseeing group HR management, strategy planning, organizational architecture design, and talent development. As a member of the Executive Management Team, Eric also leads the Administration, Safety & Security, and Platform Procurement departments. Prior to Trina Solar, Eric held various leadership roles at Huawei Technologies from 1999 to 2018, including Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer, where responsibilities encompassed global business management, strategy development, and technical solution promotion across multiple key accounts. Eric Zhai holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering and Accounting and Finance from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
