Tanu Das

Tanu Das, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Manager of HR Operations for North America at Trinamix Inc since June 2023. Previously, Tanu held the position of Associate Manager in Talent Operations at Google from November 2022 to May 2023, and at Mandiant from October 2017 to November 2022, where responsibilities included roles as Talent Operations Lead and HR Specialist in Talent Programs. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Associate on the People Team at ThoughtWorks from December 2015 to November 2017, an HR Analyst at Morgan Stanley for six months in 2015, and a Senior Executive in HR at Akzonobel India Limited from June 2013 to December 2014. Tanu holds an MBA in International Business from Amity University (2011-2013) and a B.Sc. in Mathematics, Electronics, and Computer Science from Andhra University (2008-2011).
