Matt Belair

Matt Belair, MBA has a diverse range of work experience in the wine and pharmaceutical industries. Matt began their career in 2003 as a Validation Engineer at Johnson Mathey Pharma Services. Matt then joined AMPAC Fine Chemicals in 2005 as the Manager of the Main Plant, where they managed a large pharmaceutical manufacturing operation and implemented continuous improvement projects. In 2009, they moved to Delicato Family Vineyards as the Director of Technical Operations, overseeing quality control, employee health and safety, and environmental compliance. Matt played a key role in the company's growth and was involved in various aspects of manufacturing and product development. Since 2015, they have been working at Trinchero Family Estates in various leadership roles, including Director of Technical Services and currently as the Sr. Director Customer Service & Distribution.
