Vince Gearing has over 20 years of work experience in procurement and management roles. Vince started their career at Agilent Technologies in 1998, where they served as the Procurement and Planning Manager. During their time there, they implemented supply chain management techniques, supplier management programs, and sourcing strategies that resulted in improved operating efficiencies and cost savings. In 2006, they joined B&Z Manufacturing as the Director of Marketing, where they created and implemented the company's first marketing and sales program, expanding their customer base and establishing relationships with potential clients.
