Colleen Haupt

Colleen Haupt currently serves as the Co-Lead of the Leadership Committee for the Women at Work Colleague Resource Group at TriNet, where the focus is on empowering women within the organization. With a comprehensive background in sales leadership, Colleen has held various roles at TriNet, including Executive Director and Regional Director of Sales, supporting small and medium-sized businesses with HR solutions. Prior to TriNet, Colleen was an Area Sales Manager at Thomson Reuters, managing a large team across the Western US and collaborating on sales strategies for large corporate clients. Colleen has also been recognized for mentorship efforts at #GirlsClub, where a protégé was awarded protégé of the year, and Colleen was nominated for mentor of the year. An alumnus of California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Colleen holds a BA in Modern Languages & Literature and participated in a study abroad program at Universidad de Valladolid.
