Gellie Encarnacion

Gellie Encarnacion is an experienced instructional designer with a strong background in client support and visual marketing. At Zenefits since February 2015, Gellie has progressed from Customer Care Associate Level III to Junior Instructional Designer and then to Instructional Designer, effectively diagnosing HR, financial product, payroll, and insurance inquiries while educating clients on product processes. Prior experience includes serving as a Visual and Marketing Specialist at Gap Inc./Banana Republic, where Gellie executed marketing and visual projects, and as a Team Lead at Red Ribbon Bakeshop, overseeing daily operations and inventory management. Gellie holds a Bachelor's degree in Film/Video and Photographic Arts from Arizona State University, completed in 2013.
