Julie A. Wise

Julie A. Wise, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Customer Success at TriNet since November 2022. Previously, Wise held positions including Senior Engagement Manager at ServiceNow, Principal Customer Success & Services Manager at Axway, and Implementation Delivery Manager at ADP, where responsibilities included managing complex projects and leading teams to deliver high-quality results. Additional experience includes managing client services and implementations at Zenefits and project management for Oracle Fusion HCM at IDS Technology Marketing. Wise holds a BA in Marketing from Marquette University and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
