Mathew Ted Thomas

Mathew Ted Thomas is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Chief of Staff for Legal, Compliance, and Business Affairs at TriNet since March 2021. Prior to this role, Mathew held various positions at TriNet from February 2014 to July 2020, including Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel. Earlier in Mathew's career, significant legal roles included Counsel at Ambrose Employer Group, LLC, and a range of internships including at the NYS Industrial Board of Appeals, DC Comics, and the U.S. Department of Labor. Mathew earned a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in May 2011 and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 2005. Education was also complemented by a foundational experience at Brooklyn Technical High School.
