Michael Hyatt is an experienced executive with a strong background in strategy and corporate development. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategy, M&A, and Competitive Intelligence at TriNet since April 2019, Michael previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy at CA Technologies, where responsibilities included supporting executive strategic decision-making and managing strategy execution. Prior roles include Partner at Oliver Wyman, where Michael was a principal in the Communications, Media, & Technology team, and various positions at Charles River Ventures, including Executive Director of Cetacean Networks. Michael's career also features a role as VP of Product Development at Winfire, Inc., where significant contributions were made to product evolution and corporate strategy execution.
