Yuliia Makarenko

Yuliia Makarenko has worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Trinetix since 2020. Previously, they worked at Dynamo Development from 2013 to 2020, where they held the role of QA Engineer. Their responsibilities included quality assurance for Salesforce projects and products, manual testing of web and mobile applications, cross-browser and cross-device testing, creating and maintaining test cases and documentation, leading QA sync meetings, participating in Scrum projects, and improving communication processes. Yuliia also gained certifications in Salesforce development and ISTQB.

Yuliia Makarenko obtained their Master's Degree in Sociology and Administrative management from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2006 to 2012. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder from Salesforce in January 2017, Certified Software Tester, Foundation Level from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in March 2016, and Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer from Salesforce in January 2014.
