Ander Tenno

Ander Tenno, PhD, is a seasoned executive and expert in service design and user experience (UX), currently serving as CEO of Trinidad Wiseman since December 2016, where the company has significantly expanded its workforce from approximately 30 to over 130 employees while enhancing its digital transformation capabilities. Prior to this role, Tenno co-founded Trinidad Consulting OÜ in March 2008, leading the firm as CEO until November 2016 and growing it to around 30 employees despite limited awareness of usability and UX at the time. Additionally, Tenno has held various positions in academia and industry, including a part-time Senior Researcher role at Tallinn University of Technology and business development at Webmedia AS. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Infotehnoloogia from TalTech and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
