Alyssa Mannarino, MA, MT-BC, is an experienced creative arts therapist currently working at Trinitas Regional Medical Center since August 2022, focusing on music therapy sessions within the adult psychiatric unit. In addition to this role, Alyssa serves as an adjunct professor at Montclair State University and has been a faculty member at the Wharton Institute for the Performing Arts since August 2015, teaching voice, dance, and acting to children. Previous experience includes music therapy roles at the Visiting Nurse Association Health Group and the Judith G. Wharton Music Center, as well as music leadership and fieldwork positions in hospice and various educational settings. Alyssa holds a Master of Arts in Music Therapy from Montclair State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from Muhlenberg College, along with certification as a Child Life Specialist from UC Santa Barbara.
