Lainie Messina

Lainie Messina is a graduate student intern at Trinitas Regional Medical Center’s Adult Inpatient Psychiatric Unit, where responsibilities include conducting client intakes, developing treatment plans, and facilitating therapy sessions. Additionally, Lainie serves as the Regional Coaching Director for RWJBarnabas Health, focusing on leadership development and employee engagement across multiple hospitals. As the founder of Uplifting Trainers, Lainie consults on improving patient experiences and corporate wellness initiatives. Prior roles include VP of Communications at Alaris Member Health Centers, SVP at Seiden, and Vice President of Private Care Services at Partners in Care. Lainie holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from the University of Florida.
