Damian VanMatre, LEED AP, MBA, has a strong background in real estate development and construction. Damian most recently worked at Trinitas Ventures as the Vice President of Development, where they were responsible for developing high-quality real estate projects from planning to completion. Prior to that, Damian worked at Landmark Healthcare Facilities LLC as the Director of Real Estate Development, where they focused on the development of medical office spaces. Damian also has experience as the Director of Business Development at Thompson Thrift Development/Construction, and as a Preconstruction Manager at Lauth Property Group. Damian began their career as a Project Engineer at Duke Realty Corporation.

Damian VanMatre, LEED AP, MBA completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Purdue University in 2002. Later, in the span of 2006 and 2007, they pursued further studies and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance and Accounting from AIU.
