Wm. Nick Drummond, CAPS has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry. Wm. Nick is currently the Senior Vice President Operations at Trinitas Ventures, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Landmark Properties, Inc. where they served as the Regional Vice President - Operations from December 2017 to June 2023. In this role, they oversaw the operations of 29 student housing communities totaling over 17,200 beds across the Southeastern United States. Before that, they served as the Regional Director of Operations at Landmark Properties from May 2014 to December 2017, where they oversaw 9 student housing communities totaling over 5,200 beds across the United States.

Wm. Nick also has experience working at Aspen Heights as a Regional Manager from July 2012 to May 2014, where they contributed to the development and management of all-student neighborhoods. Additionally, Wm. Nick Drummond, CAPS worked at Cardinal Group Management as a Manager from December 2010 to July 2012, where they oversaw the daily operations at Westmar Student Lofts, the largest student housing development in downtown Atlanta.

Their early career includes positions at American Campus Communities, where they served as Corporate Area Manager from November 2008 to December 2010, overseeing four student housing properties. Wm. Nick also worked as an Area Manager from December 2007 to October 2008, and as a General Manager from March 2006 to December 2007, where they were responsible for the overall operations and management of real estate investments. Wm. Nick started their career at American Campus Communities as an Assistant General Manager from December 2004 to February 2006, assisting the General Manager with daily duties and overseeing accounts receivables.

Wm. Nick Drummond, CAPS, holds an MBA in Management from Mercer University - Stetson School of Business and Economics, and a BS in Economics from The University of Georgia.
