Colm Molloy FCIPD has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Colm has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.

Starting in 2007, Molloy worked as a Contractor for Refocus People Solutions, providing HR, training, and procurement services to small and medium-sized businesses. Colm also worked as an Interim HR Manager for Zurich Ireland, fulfilling HR responsibilities on a temporary basis.

In 2009, Molloy joined FINEOS Corporation where they initially served as an HR Manager, overseeing the global HR function. Colm later took on the role of Interim HR Manager to cover maternity leave. FINEOS is a global provider of enterprise software solutions for the insurance industry.

From 2010 to 2011, Molloy worked as an Interim HR Manager for various companies, including Grant Thornton and Zurich Ireland.

Molloy then joined Storm Technology Ltd in 2015 as the Director of Human Resources. Colm also took on the role of Chairperson for the IBEC/Technology Ireland HR TEC Forum, collaborating with industry experts to drive HR initiatives in the technology sector.

In 2019, Molloy became the Head of Talent at Nuritas, a biotechnology company.

Currently, Molloy holds the position of Head of Human Resources & Culture at Trinity Biotech, where they previously served as the Global Director of Human Resources and Culture.

Throughout their career, Molloy has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, talent management, training, recruitment, compensation and benefits, and performance management. Colm is a Fellow of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).

To further enhance their expertise in personnel management, Colm attended the National College of Ireland from 1993 to 1996, where they completed a Diploma program in Personnel Management. This qualification equipped Colm with the necessary skills to effectively manage and support personnel within an organization.

Building upon their knowledge of personnel management, Colm pursued a degree in Human Resources from the National College of Ireland starting in 1996. This program, which lasted until 1999, focused on developing their expertise in HR management, enabling him to effectively handle various HR functions within an organization.

Colm's educational background reflects a well-rounded approach, combining marketing, personnel management, and HR management. These diverse areas of study contribute to their holistic understanding of organizational dynamics and their ability to effectively navigate the human resources field.
