Fernanda Hermanson

Fernanda Hermanson is a seasoned entrepreneur and academic, currently serving as the Co-founder and President of the Brazil Ireland Chamber of Commerce since January 2023 and as the Founder and CEO of Unleashe since August 2021. With a robust background in entrepreneurship education, Fernanda tutors and assists MBA students at Trinity College Dublin in modules focused on Creative Thinking and New Venture Creation. As the Leader of the Dublin Entrepreneurship Committee with Grupo Mulheres do Brasil, Fernanda co-founded the SproutUp accelerator program to empower Brazilian women entrepreneurs in Ireland. Previous ventures include co-founding Divorshe, a business focused on market analysis and customer development, and founding Pocket Videos, which created digital content for brands. Fernanda's educational background includes a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and Business from Centro Universitário Senac.
