Michele Ryan

Michele Ryan serves as the Head of Learning & Organisation Development at Trinity College Dublin since September 2018, focusing on inspiring individual and organisational potential. As a consultant through Michele Ryan Consulting since January 2015, Michele has provided expertise in HR strategy, employee engagement, and transformational change for various sectors, including advising a semi-state organisation and co-designing workshops for the public sector. Previously, from 2004 to 2014, Michele held the position of HR Director for McDonald's UK, contributing to strategic HR, talent development, and employee engagement as part of the Senior Leadership Team. Earlier roles include Senior Manager of Strategic HR at EBS Building Society from 2002 to 2004. Michele holds a Diploma in Strategic HR from the Irish Management Institute, an MBS in Information Technology from University College Dublin, and a Bachelor of Business Studies from Dublin City University.
