Ruth O'Leary

Ruth O'Leary is the Head of Postgraduate Career Development & Community at Trinity Business School, a position held since December 2013, where Ruth established and expanded the Career Development & Community Team from one to ten members, providing career guidance to approximately 900 postgraduate business students and lifelong services to alumni. Prior to this role, Ruth served as a Recruitment Advisor at Mercer from October 2007 to November 2013, overseeing recruitment for various roles within Mercer Ireland. Earlier experience includes leadership as Resource Management Team Lead at IT Alliance, managing recruitment for over 250 IT professionals, and as Associate Lead Recruitment Consultant at HRM Recruitment, focusing on banking and financial services recruitment. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Guidance and Counselling from Trinity College Dublin and various diplomas and degrees from institutions such as University College Dublin and National College of Ireland.
