Roland Jenkins

Roland Jenkins has extensive experience in facilities management and maintenance, currently serving as Facilities Director at Trinity Episcopal School since April 2010, where responsibilities include supervising maintenance, grounds, custodial, contractor, safety, and security personnel while promoting professional development among support staff. Prior to this role, Roland held positions at Sears Holdings Corporation from 1996 to 2010 as District Facilities Maintenance and as Maintenance Director at Laser Technology from 1994 to 1996, overseeing maintenance activities across three states. Roland's career began in the United States Air Force, serving from January 1973 to July 1994 as a Communications/Computer Systems Maintenance Superintendent, achieving multiple certifications and managing significant telecommunications and maintenance projects within the military.
