Lucas McClure has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Lucas has been working as a Facilities Manager at Austin International School since October 2021, where they focus on Anticipatory Design Science and fixing things. Prior to that, Lucas worked as a Supervisor and Event Captain at The Gruene Avocado from February 2017 to present, overseeing staff and improving event processes. Lucas also held positions at Trinity Event Staffing from August 2013 to present, where they served as a Private Bartender, Event Lead, and Supervisor, ensuring the success of events and managing staff.

In addition, Lucas worked as a Senior Consultant at Recycled in Austin from September 2008 to present, where they met with clients, addressed their needs, and supervised subcontractors. Lucas was also employed at Austin Elite Staffing from October 2011 to present, working as a Bartender, Event Lead, and Captain. Lucas gained experience as a Supervisor and Event Captain at The Real McCoy Catering from June 2017 to October 2021, coordinating events and managing payroll.

Lucas McClure began their education at Austin Community College in 2008 and obtained an Associate's degree in English Language and Literature, General in 2011. Lucas then continued their studies at St. Edward's University from 2011 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Lastly, Lucas attended Texas State University from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of International Studies degree with a focus on International Business.
