Matt Orosz

Matt Orosz is a seasoned executive in the real estate and construction industry, currently serving as Co-President at Trinity Family Builders since March 2024. Orosz has been a Co-Owner of Hanover Capital Partners since January 2010 and held the position of Division President for Landsea Homes from January 2022 to July 2022, overseeing the Florida Division following the acquisition of Hanover Family Builders. As Co-President and Co-Owner of Hanover Family Builders from September 2017 to May 2022, Orosz contributed to the growth and innovation of the company in Central Florida. Previous roles include Division Co-President at AV Homes, Inc. and Co-President/Co-Founder of Royal Oak Homes, with foundational experience as an Analyst at KTR Capital Partners. Orosz holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Villanova University and furthered education at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
