Britney McSweeney

Britney McSweeney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, deployment, and project management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Training & Deployment Team Lead at Trinity Health, Britney has successfully managed the PFS TogetherCare Epic Implementation, mentoring a team of 17 Senior Trainers. Prior roles at Trinity Health included Senior Training and Deployment Specialist and Training and Development Specialist (II), where significant achievements included achieving a 95% preparedness rate during a key implementation wave. As the Founder and CEO of The Tidy Stitch®, Britney has developed innovative fiber art organization systems. Previous experiences encompass roles as an Epic Credentialed Trainer at ProMedica, Disaster Program Specialist at the American Red Cross, and various teaching and curriculum development positions in educational institutions. Britney holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Grand Valley State University.
