Hemal Shah

Hemal Shah has extensive experience in training and operations, currently serving as a Principal Trainer for Revenue Cycle at Trinity Health since September 2018 and as an Epic Principal Trainer. Hemal has also held the position of Epic Credentialed Trainer at Trinity Health Of New England since January 2016, focusing on training end users in the Cadence application of Epic and supporting new Credentialed Trainers. In addition to these roles, Hemal owns and operates a full-service sign business, Sign-A-Rama, since 2013, and previously worked as Vice President overseeing operations at Mita Enterprise dba Pizza Hut from 1999 to 2013. Hemal holds a Master's degree in Psychology from St. Xavier's College and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Gujarat University.
