Jamaal Hardy

Jamaal Hardy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance management and revenue cycle operations. Currently serving as a Senior Performance Management Consultant at Trinity Health since December 2019, Jamaal is integral to the Revenue Excellence Performance Management team, focusing on enhancing performance and ensuring the sustainability of initiatives. Previously, as a Revenue Cycle Supervisor at Northside Hospital from February 2013 to November 2019, Jamaal managed the revenue cycle for numerous physician offices and led a denial management team. Earlier experience includes a role as a Group Lead at Wipro BPS, where Jamaal oversaw a large team of customer care professionals. Jamaal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Auburn University, obtained in 2009.
