Margrit Allen

Margrit Allen currently serves as the Director of National Workforce Programs at Trinity Health, a position held since September 2022. With extensive experience in workforce development, Margrit has played pivotal roles including Principal Consultant at MA Workforce Solutions and Executive Director at Urban Alliance. Notable leadership includes serving the Detroit Regional Chamber's Leadership Detroit Class XLII and involvement with Connect 313 as a board member and chair of Structure and Operations. Margrit's previous roles also encompass Director at the Center for Employment Opportunities, where oversight of program performance and compliance was key, and an Economic Opportunity Fellow at The Aspen Institute, focusing on policy advancement for low- and moderate-income populations.
