Nicole Roberson

Nicole Roberson, MHA, CCWP, has extensive experience in healthcare management. Currently serving as the Director of the FirstChoice Program at Trinity Health in Michigan, Nicole has also held the same position at Saint Joseph Mercy Health System. Prior roles include Client Services Consultant (PM) at Trinity Health and Operations Manager for FirstCHOICE Flex solutions and central staffing at Saint Joseph Mercy Health System. Earlier in their career, Nicole managed Nursing Support Services at the University of Louisville Hospital. Nicole holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Health Care Administration from Central Michigan University.
