Tim McConnell

Tim McConnell has extensive experience in supplier management and performance management across the healthcare and aviation industries. From August 2018 to November 2023, Tim held multiple leadership roles at Trinity Health, including Director of Supplier Management & Impact Purchasing and Director of Supplier Quality and Performance Management. Prior to that, Tim worked at Southwest Airlines from January 2006 to November 2016, where roles included Manager of Supplier Performance and Senior Buyer for Aircraft Components. Tim's expertise encompasses strategic sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance within technical operations. Tim earned an M.B.A. in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas and a B.S. in Aviation Management with a Business Minor from Western Michigan University.
