Mary O'Connell-Judy

Mary O'Connell-Judy is the current director of HR at Trinity Health of New England. Mary has over 20 years of experience in the human resources field. Mary began their career as a human resources manager at Kaiser Permanente in 1989. Mary then spent 19 years at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, where they worked their way up to HR Analytics Consultant. In their current role, they are responsible for leading and developing the HR team at Trinity Health of New England.

Mary O'Connell-Judy has a MS in Industrial Relations and a BS in Personnel Administration from the University of New Haven. Mary also has a degree in Business from Merrimack College.
