Cald Lisa Spangler Cota

Lisa Spangler, CALD, COTA, currently serves as Home Care Coordinator at Trinity Health At Home since May 2021. Previously, Lisa held the position of Director of Health and Wellness Services at Vista Springs for a brief period in early 2021. From December 2017 to January 2021, Lisa worked as Director of Resident Services and Transition Coordinator at Clark Retirement Community. Prior experience includes Clinical Manager at Functional Pathways and Director of Rehabilitation at Aegis Therapies. Lisa also served as Rehab Manager at Covenant Village of The Great Lakes from January 2011 to September 2016, and as Clinic and OT Manager at Northern Physical Therapy Services from March 2006 to January 2011. Lisa obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Occupational Therapist Assistance from Grand Rapids Community College between 1993 and 1995.
