Deana Weiser

Deana Weiser has extensive experience in health care management, currently serving as Clinical Manager at Trinity Health At Home since October 2022. Prior to this role, Deana was Home Health Administrator at Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. from August 2021 to October 2022, and Associate Director at BAYADA Home Health Care from October 2016 to August 2021, where Deana also held the role of Rehab Manager. Additionally, Deana worked as Program Manager at Bayada Home Care from April 2012 to August 2021 and served as an Occupational Therapist at Therapy Choice from June 2009 to May 2012.
