Dominique Kent

Dominique Kent has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 1990, they started working at Sainsbury's as a Retail Communication Manager, staying with the company until 2005 when they became the Head of Retail Communication. From 2005 to 2009, they served as the Area Operations Manager at Sunrise Senior Living. In 2009, they joined The Good Care Group Ltd and held multiple positions, including Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer (responsible for sales and operations), and Chief Operating Officer (responsible for marketing, sales, and operations). In 2019, they became the Chair of the United Kingdom Homecare Association Ltd (UKHCA) and served until 2022. In 2020, they became the Chief Operating Officer at SODEXO HOMECARE, a position they held until 2021. In 2021, they joined the London and Quadrant Main Board and became the Chair of L&QL. In 2022, they briefly served as the Chief Executive Officer at Pacific Investments Limited before transitioning to the role of Non-Executive Director at Trinity Homecare. Finally, in 2023, they assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer at Bluecrest Wellness.

Dominique Kent attended Highsted Grammar School from 1986 to 1992. During this time, no specific degree was mentioned, but the focus of study was in the field of Foreign Languages and Literatures, General. From 2003 to 2006, Dominique attended Alliance Manchester Business School and obtained a master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
