Glen Millsap

Glen Millsap, PMP, CSM, SPOC, currently serves as a Senior Project/Program Manager at Trinity Industries, Inc., where responsibilities include managing the upgrade of a Service and Asset Management system to a cloud-based platform. Previously, Glen held senior project management positions at Change Healthcare and NTT DATA Services, focusing on revenue cycle management operations and cybersecurity project transitions, respectively. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Tenet Healthcare, Globe Life, where Glen expanded the PMO and developed project management methodologies, Dell, managing large-scale healthcare programs, and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, overseeing project managers and directing the launch of new programs. Glen holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
