Kevin S. Keith

Kevin S. Keith has an extensive career in financial leadership and process improvement, currently serving as Corporate Senior Director of Integration & Process Improvement and Group CFO for the Energy Equipment Group at Trinity Industries since October 2006. Previously, Kevin held the position of Senior Director of Internal Audit at Alcatel, where responsibilities included leading M&A activities and Customer Order Operations. Additionally, Kevin served as Senior Director at DSC, managing both the Internal Audit group and global Manufacturing Cost Accounting. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager role at Ernst & Young and a Manager position at Arthur Young. Kevin earned a BS in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and is a certified Texas CPA.
