Mike Landreth is a seasoned Senior Operations Manager with extensive experience in building maintenance and operations across commercial, industrial, and retail properties. Currently serving at Trinity Partners since May 2021, Mike oversees the management of various assets, including supervision of workforces, budgeting, tenant relations, and capital projects. Previous roles include Senior Operations Manager at both Trinity Partners and Duke Realty, managing millions of square feet of properties, as well as a Project Manager at Industrial Roofing Services, Inc. and a Maintenance Technician at Highwoods Properties. Mike holds a two-year technical degree in Advanced Machinist, Tool and Die Making from Craven Community College and a high school diploma from New Bern Senior High School.
