Brad Motley

Brad Motley is a seasoned investment sales broker with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Partner at Trinity Real Estate Investment Services since September 2017, Brad specializes in the purchase and sale of single tenant net lease properties, particularly in Texas and adjacent states. Prior to this role, Brad held the position of Senior Director at KW Net Lease Advisors from March 2012 to September 2017. Earlier experience includes managing contributions as Managing Partner at Mehagan, Motley and Associates, LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing operations for a remodeling company, and serving as a Temporary Consultant for the Joe Foster Company, focusing on site selection for investment projects. Brad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from The University of Texas at Arlington and has a foundational background in finance from Texas Tech University.
